Q - What Types of Training & Guidance Do You Offer?
Different types of training styles like those below create different types of results within the body. As a Strength & Conditioning specialist I will cover many of these when creating a balanced training programme for you based on your goals.
Training - Resistance training (weight training), Muscle strength/endurance/power, Bodyweight training, Cardio, Core, Speed & Agility, Balance & Coordination, Mobility, Plyometrics, Boxing/Boxercise, Flexibility & Stretching.
Guidance - Setting your goal(s), Planning effectively, Hydration & Nutrition guidance, Dealing with stress & overcoming barriers, Correct form & Postural guidance, Training techniques to meet your goal, Rest & Recovery strategies, Daily habits, and Activity outside of sessions.

Q - Will I Be Put On A Strict Diet/Meal Plan?
No not at all! At Strong Life PT, I believe in empowering you to embrace a balanced and vibrant lifestyle without the monotony of strict meal plans. My nutritional guidance is all about making healthy sustainable choices that fit seamlessly into your daily routine.
I'll work out your calorie requirements based on your goal, along with some macronutrient targets giving you a guide on how best to fuel your body.
By emphasising the importance of making mindful and nutritious choices and recognising that one size does not fit all, I aim to create a lasting impact on overall well-being. I'm here to guide you, not restrict you, because life's too short to skip dessert – just make it a mindful choice!

IN PERSON TRAINING
All sessions are face to face in person at my gym. I will be here to motivate you, demonstrate technique & exercise form, educate you on your body and ensure everything is safe and within your capabilities.

Q - How Does Training With You Work?
I will talk you through every part of the process as we go through it, any questions at any time just ask.
Consultation 1
Initial 30 minute consultation that will help me get to know you, about your day-to-day, what you would like to focus on and if you have any medical issues or injuries etc. I can also answer any questions you might have and talk through next steps.


Consultation 2
In person 1hr consultation at my gym. Discussing in detail your training history and goals. We then talk through & decide what training option would suit this along with your timeframe and lifestyle.

Onboarding &
Program Design
You will receive your welcome pack and I will take all the information that has been gathered in your consultation and create your bespoke training plan.

Training Development
training sessions start - then work together to customise your training plan, nutritional guidance and daily habits based on your needs and progress so that we can keep moving towards your goal.
